By purchasing or accessing any Digital Frameworks product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the products.

All products sold by Digital Frameworks — including but not limited to the Digital Worlds Framework book, workbook, Scaffold, Production Intelligence, Field Notes, Cinematic Brief, and Theatre Export — are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product(s) for your own personal or professional work. This license does not include:

• Redistribution of any product in whole or in part
• Resale or sublicensing of any product
• Sharing access credentials or download links with others
• Incorporating product content into other products sold or distributed commercially
• Reproducing substantial portions of the text, templates, or frameworks in public-facing work without attribution

All content, frameworks, methodologies, copy, design, and intellectual property within Digital Frameworks products remain the exclusive property of Digital Frameworks. Purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Digital Frameworks products are educational in nature. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific business outcomes, revenue, client acquisition, or career advancement resulting from use of our products. Results depend entirely on individual effort, circumstances, and application.

Our products are designed to educate, guide, and develop creative and technical practice. They are not professional consulting, legal, financial, or business advice. The frameworks and methodologies presented reflect our own approach and experience — they should be adapted to your own context and judgment.

We reserve the right to suspend access to future updates for users found to be violating these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
